We can produce programmes and other associated documentation at tender stage, live contract stage for all projects in the Built Environment using Primavera P6, Elecosoft Powerproject and MS Project .
Extension of Time
We undertake complex and detailed programme forensic delay analysis claims for all projects.
In turn, we can assess and defend clients interests against claims for Extension of Time .
Claims Support
We exceed our clients expectations by undertaking complex and detailed claims support for projects.
We are knowledgeable of all contract clauses under FIDIC, NEC 4, JCT 2016, RIAI, ICE and GCCC.
Expert Reports
We provide detailed Expert Reports in order to demonstrate our clients entitlement to Extensions of Time and Time-related matters.
