Since 2009 we have been providing planning engineering services for construction projects. Due to our high level of expertise in the planning and delivery of construction projects, we are frequently requested to provide programme assessment of contractors and clients programmes in order to mitigate potential programme risk prior to contract.
As part of our diversity, we have great experience in heavy engineering in projects. Our expertise is borne from on-site delivery of project programmes for underground structures,tunneling,service and production shafts, cut and cover and large insitu RC structures. We also have experience of the planning and scheduling of large prefabricated structures such as offshore converter stations for wind farms.
As part of our marine and offshore experience, we have delivered frameworks for large projects that involve port redevelopment and readapation.
We understand the challenges of working in Ports and the establishment of programmes that require detailed stakeholder management, design,procurement,construction and operation.
We provide planning and scheduling services for onshore and offshore projects from inception to commissioning for both AC and HVDC platforms and installations.
We are involved with some of the largest offshore and onshore renewable wind projects in Europe where our programme risk management services are tried and trusted.
As we have been involved in this sector for the past 10 years, we can provide an insight into potential risk activities on programmes and assist in contractual claims - preparation and defence.
We have extensive experience in large and small scale residential and commercial projects.
We assist Clients and Contractors in the development and review of construction programmes prior to and during Contract stage.
We also have a vast amount of experience in the defence and preparation of contractual claims for an Extension of Time.
For the past decade we have been involved with large and complex civil engineering projects from Waste Water Treatment Plants, Bridges,Tunnels and Roads.
Due to our level of programme expertise in Civils projects, we have the capability to undertake programme risk reviews for both clients and Contractors.
We also provide expert reports for when things go wrong on projects, therefore we can assist in the negotiation of contract completion dates, where programme expertise is required.
As Environmental legislation is playing a greater role on projects, we can assist contractors and clients with the establishment & implementation of programmes that track potential project constraints at preconstruction and during project delivery stage.
